If by accessories you mean ‘the things you buy for RL cash’ – I don’t. There isn’t any big benefit to the things they sell (like potions and buff packs?) It seems that the biggest thing people buy with RL money is illegal game currency.
Well, that’s good to know that you can play through the game without handicap. I suppose the stuff you can buy with the RL cash is magic weapons, etc?

I know that you can buy a ticket to a ‘hidden store’ in-game that allows you to buy those things at a discounted (game-currency) price.
